The room amenities were great with nice quality toiletries and a powerful shower. The location was convenient with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better as we noticed a dirty and sticky floor upon arrival. Unfortunately, we also encountered a cockroach during our stay. The front desk staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the breakfast had a good selection and the view from the rooftop was stunning. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful information about the area and offering assistance with our luggage.
There was a lack of attention to cleanliness in some areas such as the lobby and hallways.

The location of the hotel was great, really convenient for my business trip. the hotel also offered a shuttle service which was really helpful. the room had a nice view which I enjoyed.
The staff at the front desk was really unfriendly, she seemed tired and uninterested in helping me. the room was not clean, the floor was sticky and dirty and there were even cockroaches.

Cleanliness was top-notch. Hotel facilities are amazing, and we enjoyed using Netflix. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient.
